February highlights

March 09, 2018

February wouldn’t be complete without a pancake race. These were taken on a very cold and wet morning in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

It was an impressive turnout despite the awful weather, no slips or falls, and money raised for the fantastic charity, Watford Mencap

Annual pancake race for Mencap

I always enjoy photographing food, especially when it’s prepared to such beautiful standards as by Dokke restaurant in St Katherine Docks, London.

Head chef Neil Wager creates stunning looking dishes that taste superb too

Another job for the Royal Mail Courier, this time focusing on postman Mariej  Bolek. A little tricky shooting in the dark, and in a poorly lit depot, but Mariej was a joy to work with and it was an interesting job seeing behind the scenes at Greenford Mail Centre

I photographed Duncan O’Brien, founder of the Dalston’s Drinks Co for The Wharf. Such an interesting insight into the world of drinks creation

Another morning trying to resist the welcoming array of cakes and sandwiches and the opening of Warren's Bakery in Harrow, London

Warren's Bakery opens in Harrow And finally, a brain teasing job for the Harrow Times as “MasterMind in Harrow” came to Harrow School, where local schools battled it out to win the charity competition and prove which school has the biggest brain
